Repair Services

Our repair service has been streamlined to make it as easy and efficient for our customers. Once you have purchased our repair service we will contact you with a RMA Number. This number is a unique identifier for each order that you place with us. Place this number on the outside of the parcel before you send it to our Minneapolis repair facility.

Once we receive your equipment it takes an average of 2-5 business days* to complete the KAISERComm Certified Repair checklist.

All repairs are covered by our 1-year warranty. There is no charge if we are unable to repair your equipment.

*Expedited orders can be requested for an additional fee.

Warranty Information

KAISERComm Service department guarantees that we will replace your new, refurbished, or repaired KAISERComm telecom products if the product was purchased from KAISERComm and there are defects in the materials or workmanship.

 
One-Year warranty on new products

Our partnership with the manufacturers who create the systems we sell allows us to offer a one-year manufacturer warranty on most new Avaya, Cisco, Siemens, Plantronics, and LifeSize products we sell.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied within 30 days of installation or delivery we will refund your money on any KAISERComm services purchased. Any equipment must be returned in the original boxes with all of the packaging materials. New products will not be accepted if the original box contents are not in their original state (i.e. writing, stickers on the package). This guarantee excludes all Plantronics products.

 
How to make a Warranty claim

Contact your KAISERComm sales representative to present a claim. Upon approval you will receive an RMA number to include when you return the equipment to KAISERComm. We will ship you a replacement within 24-48 hours of claim approval by the KAISERComm service department.

 
Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty policy does not cover

  • items damaged due to misuse, acts of nature or environmental issues.
  • Products serviced by someone other than a KAISERComm technician or pre-approved KAISERComm service organization
